## Description

Applied Self-Direction is a pioneering organization dedicated to advancing self-directed services for individuals with disabilities. Established in 2015, we utilize our extensive expertise in navigating the complexities of federal, state, and local regulations to foster a truly person-centered environment. Unlike traditional advocacy groups, we focus on providing in-depth technical assistance and operational consulting to a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including state government officials, Financial Management Services providers, and disability advocacy networks.

Our team consists of professionals with decades of experience, including former federal and state administrators, support brokers, and those with lived experience in self-direction. We are committed to equipping our community with the knowledge and resources they need to implement self-direction effectively. Through our membership platform, we cultivate a vibrant community that encourages learning, sharing, and collaboration among advocates, providers, and federal partners. Explore our services, resources, and training opportunities to discover how Applied Self-Direction can support your journey toward enhanced self-direction.
