## Description

The Fellowship of Men Singapore (FMS) is a non-profit organisation focused on helping men build emotional resilience, healthy relationships and personal accountability. Its guiding message, “Men Becoming Better – Together,” reflects an approach centred on community, reflection and mutual support. FMS offers men’s mentoring and support groups, including a six-week group journey that encourages participants to reflect, take responsibility, heal and grow. Its activities also include self-care sessions, cooking and conversation, wellness experiences, and events designed to create supportive spaces for men. Through the Fathers Together Podcast and the FMS Journal, the organisation shares resources and conversations related to men’s experiences and development. FMS also highlights the importance of engaging men early, voluntarily and without stigma, as part of preventing harm and strengthening safety in families and communities. It advocates for men’s mental health, emotional regulation, accountability and non-violence, while challenging harmful norms. The organisation is also seeking support for its Restorative Stability Shelter Pilot Programme for men in crisis.
