## Description

Femete is an industry association serving metal-sector businesses in Tenerife, with more than 45 years of experience. It supports its member companies through professional advice and services tailored to their needs, including assistance with labour, tax and accounting matters, insurance, administrative procedures, and grants. A central part of Femete’s work is developing skills for the metal and wider industrial sectors. The organisation offers training for both employed and unemployed people, including free and subsidised courses, online learning, and programmes designed to prepare professionals for industry. Topics featured include photovoltaic self-consumption, vehicle safety systems, and maintenance of hybrid vehicles. Femete also provides employment support through a job-placement agency, job listings, employability guidance, and career-orientation services.
