## Description

Miriam Grünwald’s practice creates trauma-informed spaces for women to reconnect with their bodies, explore their inner lives, and move toward a more intentional and authentic way of living. Her work brings together psycho-sexual somatics, nervous system regulation, somatic embodiment, energy work, and pelvic bowl healing, with an emphasis on trust, presence, and each person’s pace.

Offerings include one-to-one mentorship and sessions designed around the metaphor of a home’s inner architecture. Attic Atmosphere is a single session exploring subconscious patterns and the body’s stories. Sanctuary Softening is a four- or six-session journey focused on rest, safety, nourishment, and transformation. Corridor of Clearing is a 90-minute session supporting transitions and the release of emotional or energetic residue.

For collective experiences, Garden Gatherings offers monthly online somatic immersions with guided embodiment, movement, breath, and pelvic bowl exploration. Miriam is also developing Kitchen Confluence retreats for 2026, centered on embodied togetherness and care. Her approach invites women to deepen connection with themselves and cultivate a life that feels fully their own.
