## Description

Feral Cat Care is a nonprofit company in Bloemfontein dedicated to the humane care and management of feral cats. Its work focuses on veterinarian-approved trap-neuter-return (TNR), helping companies maintain local feral cat colonies and supporting healthier, more stable cat populations. The organisation arranges feral cat sterilisation and offers appointments for cat removal, alongside rescue support for kittens. It fosters feral kittens until they are ready for adoption and bottle-feeds young kittens from birth to about seven weeks of age. The website also provides cat care guidelines, adoption information, forms and requests, and resources for finding veterinarians. Feral Cat Care invites community members to volunteer or donate, with options including one-time contributions and the Lifesavers Club. Section 18A tax-deductible receipts are available on request. Since 2016, the organisation reports that 6,955 cats have been sterilised through its humane care programme. By combining practical services with community support, Feral Cat Care works to reduce suffering and give feral cats a safer, healthier future.
