## Description

FEWA Global, the Federation of Employers & Workers of America, supports employers and workers involved in the H-2A and H-2B guest worker programs. Its stated mission is to address immigration challenges one employer and worker at a time, while helping strengthen the H-2 community. For about 20 years, FEWA staff have provided knowledge of H-2 programs, government agency relations, and education to keep members informed.

FEWA advocates for H-2 users through participation in organizations representing their interests in Washington, D.C. It shares updates on regulations and policy through newsletters, legislative alerts, and educational seminars, and offers membership care and resources. The organization also connects members with affiliate and partner organizations, whose H-2 services may offer first-year savings to new FEWA members.

FEWA provides information about the H-2A program for qualifying employers seeking temporary, full-time agricultural workers, and the H-2B program for businesses facing seasonal labor shortages in non-agricultural work. FEWA states that it does not recruit workers and cautions applicants never to pay anyone for hiring them on an H-2 visa.
