## Description

Feykultur is a cultural festival initiative organized by Feykultur e.V. in Mechernich-Eiserfey, Germany. Set in the nature-oriented grounds of the former mayor’s office, the festival brings people together for a weekend of music, art, dance and shared inspiration. Its welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere is designed for music and art enthusiasts, nature lovers and curious visitors alike. The programme spans live performances, with styles ranging from jazz and folk to world music and electronic sounds, alongside visual art and other creative activities. Visitors can also enjoy coffee and cake, beer and grilled food while relaxing and exploring. Feykultur supports emerging talent through cultural awards: its past initiatives have included a music newcomer prize and the Feytaler Kunst art prize. In 2025, the festival introduced the Feytaler Tanzpreis, inviting solo dancers, duos and groups of all ages and styles to perform, with festivalgoers voting for the winners. A separate newcomer award is available to participants aged 16 and under.
