## Description

The Fédération Française du Sport Automobile (FFSA) is France’s national governing body for motor sport and karting. Founded in 1952, it regulates, organizes, leads and develops these activities across the country, representing the state on the ground and overseeing their development. The FFSA supports a broad range of disciplines, including circuit racing, rallying, karting, drift, hill climbing, slalom, off-road competition and historic vehicle events.

Its services connect participants and fans with the sport. The federation provides information about competitions, calendars, results and news, and offers a route to obtain an FFSA licence. Its Rallye Jeunes FFSA Yacco program invites young enthusiasts to try for a rally driving opportunity through accessible selection events; applicants do not need prior competitive experience or a racing record. The FFSA also operates the FFSA Academy, a training centre, and provides a personal online space for users to manage their experience. Through these activities, it helps organize participation, develop talent and promote motor sport throughout France.
