Welcome to the Federación Iberoamericana de Asociaciones de Derecho e Informática (FIADI), the leading organization in promoting and developing the field of Law and Information Technology in the Ibero-American region. Our mission is to foster the study, promotion, and development of IT Law and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) by encouraging cooperation, knowledge exchange, and collaborations with academic, governmental, and private entities.

Our vision is to become a reference in the field of Law and ICT, contributing to the advancement of legislation, public policies, and the formation of professionals capable of facing the legal challenges and opportunities posed by information technologies in our constantly evolving society.
