## Description

FIB&FIT, the Italian Biking & Fitness Federation, is an Italian amateur sports association focused on promoting physical activity and developing biking and fitness. The federation grew from an idea by Professor Giuseppe Meglio, a teacher, trainer and educator who has dedicated more than 40 years to encouraging people to be active. It welcomes both riders and instructors, offering membership and affiliation opportunities for people who want to join its community.

FIB&FIT’s activities include the Biking Program®, courses and training, and opportunities to take part in national and regional teams. Its calendar features fitness and biking events, including conventions, regional events and the National Trainer Convention, as well as a sports medicine convention. The organization also provides information about membership benefits and publishes association documents and resources. An online shop is available through its website. Through its programs, educational activities and events, FIB&FIT brings together people interested in biking and fitness while supporting instructors and participants in taking part in organized sports activities.
