## Description

FicAtlas is a fanwork discovery service that brings search results from Archive of Our Own, FanFiction.net, and FictionAlley together in one place. Its index covers more than 20 million works, helping readers search across the three archives at once rather than repeating the same search on each site. Users can explore works through search and browse features, including options to browse fandoms and pairings, and save or organize results in a personal library. FicAtlas does not host the fanworks: each result links directly to the archive where the work is published, allowing readers to continue there and engage with authors through the original site’s features. The service states that it displays no adverts, does not track users, and does not use fanfiction to train AI. It also provides information and tools related to its index, including an AI policy, privacy and crawler policies, and options for authors to remove or manage their works.
