## Description

Fichtelpferd is the equine therapy practice of Nina Pachel, serving horse owners in the Fichtelgebirge and surrounding areas of Upper Franconia, including Wunsiedel, Bayreuth, Hof and Marktredwitz. Its work focuses on identifying and addressing the causes of functional problems, supporting recovery and helping horses maintain physical and psychological balance through a holistic approach. Nina Pachel completed training in equine physiotherapy and osteopathy in 2019, after her own horse inspired her to pursue this profession.

Treatments are selected according to each horse’s needs and include osteopathy, including visceral osteopathy, physiotherapy, manual therapy, craniosacral therapy, massage, fascial therapy, lymphatic drainage, Dorn therapy, scar treatment, kinesio taping and dry needling. Further options include sound-wave therapy, shock and trauma therapy, energy work and animal communication. The practice also emphasizes prevention and values cooperation with veterinarians, equine dentists, saddlers and farriers. Initial appointments allow time to assess and treat the horse. Owners can contact Nina by phone, WhatsApp or the website’s contact form.
