## Description

Kölner Karnevalsgesellschaft Fidele Burggrafen von 1927 e.V. is a Cologne-based, family-oriented carnival society with a long tradition and a modern, welcoming outlook. It brings together children, young people, adults and seasoned carnival enthusiasts, welcoming people born in Cologne and those who have made it their home. The society celebrates and supports Cologne’s carnival customs, the joy of the season and the friendships built through its community, without imposing outdated conventions.

Its activities include social gatherings and carnival events, especially its annual costume gala, held on Carnival Sunday. The 2027 celebration is scheduled for 7 February at the Maritim in Cologne, with performances by local bands, dance groups, carnival figures and entertainers. The society also publishes a digital songbook for members and friends to browse or download, and offers session tickets through its website. Alongside preserving carnival traditions and fostering club life, the nonprofit organization emphasizes social engagement and supports social projects. Its contact channels welcome enquiries about tickets, membership, feedback and other matters.
