## Description

FIEC, the European Construction Industry Federation, serves as a vital representative body for construction stakeholders across Europe, focused on promoting innovation, sustainability, and social dialogue within the industry. Committed to tackling contemporary challenges such as climate change and affordable housing, FIEC advocates for effective policies that enhance the quality and efficiency of construction processes. The organization prioritizes various pressing issues including digitalization, vocational education and training, and the circular economy, while facilitating collaboration among its members and partners, like the Comité Européen de Normalisation and the European International Contractors.

FIEC's initiatives extend to several projects aimed at improving safety standards, labor mobility, and public procurement regulations, as well as addressing concerns around supply chain disruptions and rising costs. Through campaigns and ongoing research, FIEC strives to create a competitive and resilient construction sector in Europe. By engaging stakeholders at all levels, FIEC seeks to drive positive change and innovation in building practices, ultimately contributing to the enhancement of the built environment in line with the European Green Deal.
