## Description

Field Recruitment is a bespoke recruitment and consulting firm serving the art world. Based in New York, the firm works across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe, connecting talented professionals with leading organizations in the industry. Founded by Ines de Seroux and Megan O’Dell, Field draws on more than 30 years of combined arts-sector experience. The founders have held sales and operations roles spanning internships to senior management at internationally recognized galleries and auction houses, including Gagosian, Pace London, Skarstedt, and Sotheby’s. Before establishing Field, de Seroux ran an independent business as a private advisor and dealer, while O’Dell worked as an operations and management consultant. The firm’s approach is grounded in industry knowledge, experience building and managing teams, and a trusted, wide-ranging network. Field provides recruitment and consulting support, bringing access, insight, and discretion to each placement and project. Its work is designed to help art organizations identify and connect with people whose experience and capabilities meet their needs.
