## Description

Fietsende Fysio is Michelle Fransen’s home-based physiotherapy practice for older adults in Schiedam and Vlaardingen. A registered geriatric physiotherapist, Michelle visits clients by bicycle and provides personal care in the familiar surroundings of their own homes. Her aim is to help people maintain independence and enjoy living at home for as long as possible.
