## Description

Fifth Quarter Elite is a football development and training brand established in 2020 to give athletes a dedicated place to improve their game. It works with youth, high school, university and professional players through year-round in-person training across British Columbia, including Vancouver Island, as well as remote coaching. Its approach combines technical, physical and mental development, helping athletes understand the purpose behind their training and apply skills to game situations.

Training options include individualized private coaching, the year-round Fifth Quarter Academy, small-group sessions, seasonal camps and clinics, and specialized programs. The Academy brings together positional training, speed, strength and conditioning, film study, recovery and in-season support. Other offerings include flag football, team training and consulting. Quarterbacks, running backs and other position groups can access focused development tailored to their needs and goals.

Fifth Quarter Elite emphasizes purposeful practice, confidence, preparation and accountability alongside performance. Its coaches aim to help players progress at every stage, build sound habits and become more prepared to meet the demands of football, while developing qualities that extend beyond the field.
