## Description

Fight Forward is a London-based not-for-profit community using boxing to support women’s strength, connection and healing. Established by former gold medalist and Great Britain boxer Lesley Sackey, the organisation runs transformational boxing and therapeutic programmes, with a particular focus on helping domestic abuse survivors rebuild confidence and find community. Its mission is to help 100,000 people rebuild their lives and connections through boxing.

Fight Forward offers women-only boxing classes across London, welcoming beginners and experienced participants of all fitness levels. Classes provide a space to train, connect and develop strength at each person’s own pace. For those seeking a more intensive challenge, the 10-week Fight Back Programme is led by elite female boxing champions and coaches. It is designed to challenge, uplift and transform participants, preparing them to step into the ring for the first time.

The organisation also promotes boxing, invites people to work with its team, and offers ways to join, train, donate or get in touch.
