Established in 1973 by Master Tony Lloyd, an 8th Degree Black Belt and founder, Fighting Fit offers a range of self-defence classes and personal training for all ages. Inspired by Bruce Lee, Master Lloyd developed a modern and effective self-defence system called Seal Lung.
