## Description

Fighting Club Ostrava is a martial arts club and training academy based in Ostrava, Czech Republic. Founded in 2010 by a group of enthusiasts led by coach Jiří Černý, the club moved to its current MMA Academy in 2021. It welcomes professional and amateur athletes, adults, young people, children, and beginners, with training groups organized by experience and ability. Members can train in MMA, boxing, K1, grappling, Sambo, and general fitness, with options including beginner courses, women’s and children’s boxing, youth classes, non-contact martial arts, and private coaching. Children’s programs are divided into three age groups and are offered from age five. The academy occupies two gyms with more than 350 square metres of training space, including a practice cage, boxing ring, bags, and pads. The club also offers individual gym access and organizes activities such as a children’s summer camp and free introductory sports sessions. Its coaches provide guidance for people pursuing competition, fitness, self-defence skills, or a supportive community.
