## Description

Foremost Institute (FIHS) is a UAE-based provider of professional health, safety, and environment (HSE) training and consultation, with a presence in Abu Dhabi. It supports workforce development and workplace safety across oil and gas, construction, medical, food, and other industrial sectors. Its programs are designed to build practical skills, support regulatory and industry compliance, and help reduce workplace risks.

FIHS offers ADNOC-governed courses and OPITO-approved training, alongside courses accredited or recognized by organizations including HABC, DOH, IPAF, and RoSPA. Subjects include confined space entry, work management systems, H2S safety, authorized gas testing, onshore HSE induction, life-saving rules, first aid, CPR and AED, fire safety, working at height, scaffolding, food safety, and defensive driving. The institute also provides OPITO assessor and internal verifier qualifications, train-the-trainer programs, and other professional development courses.

In addition to HSE training, Foremost Institute is a British Council-associated IELTS registration and training center in Abu Dhabi. Its services include consultation, accessible training options, and programs tailored to organizational needs.
