The Financial Industry Collective Outreach (FINCO) is a not-for-profit company established in 2017 with the support of Bank Negara Malaysia. As a powerful collective, FINCO brings together resources, expertise, and collaborators from over 100 financial institutions in Malaysia to address the pressing needs of underprivileged children and youth from B40 communities. Operating in schools across all states in Malaysia, FINCO delivers impactful educational initiatives that aim to improve English proficiency, empower young people to plan their future careers, develop good financial behaviors, and minimize disruptions to their education caused by disasters. With a focus on sustainability and impact, FINCO facilitates collaboration in four key areas: English proficiency, life aspiration, financial literacy, and disaster relief. Through the annual financial contributions, practical support, and staff volunteers provided by its members, FINCO ensures that underprivileged children and youth have the knowledge and skills to realize their potential and achieve their life goals.
