## Description

Finders & Company is a Vienna-based headhunting and talent search firm focused on building lasting professional relationships and delivering high-quality recruitment. The company works with clients, candidates and referrers through recommendations, using a personal, discreet and carefully tailored approach. Rather than focusing only on a business’s requirements or a candidate’s CV, Finders & Company considers the people and motivations behind each opportunity.

Its specialist areas are Finance, Field & Forest, Young Professionals and Communications. The firm maintains relationships with talented professionals in these fields before a specific search begins, enabling it to develop a deeper understanding of candidates and assess their fit for a role. Its services include identifying and evaluating talent, supporting recruitment and selection processes, and connecting employers with suitable candidates. Candidates may also share their details for consideration in future opportunities or career guidance.

Based at Postgasse 8b in Vienna, Finders & Company presents its approach as “Personal Connections, Professional Results,” emphasizing trusted connections, confidentiality and craftsmanship throughout the search process.
