## Description

Finding Vega is a people-first recruitment partner helping startups and scaleups find engineers, product professionals, and other digital talent. The firm focuses on thoughtful hiring for teams where each appointment matters, supporting both companies making their first hire and established teams preparing to grow.

Its services bring together targeted candidate search, practical hiring guidance, and carefully managed delivery. Rather than relying on mass outreach or a standard, off-the-shelf process, Finding Vega takes a tailored approach, making relevant introductions and helping clients consider roles, market conditions, and expectations. The aim is to make hiring more intentional and less time-consuming.

Finding Vega works with startups, scaling teams, and employers recruiting for high-impact roles. It also supports candidates by sharing thoughtful opportunities, encouraging honest conversations, and seeking long-term fit. The firm presents recruitment as a relationship-driven process, connecting growing businesses with people whose skills and goals are relevant to the opportunity. Companies and candidates can contact Finding Vega to discuss their needs and explore how the firm may help.
