## Description

Find My Fee is an online business coaching resource designed to help coaches demonstrate the financial value of their services and support stronger client relationships. Developed by Australian business coach Brad Flynn, the system draws on more than 20 years of experience working with businesses and simplifying complex financial concepts. Its goal is to help coaches confidently show business owners how coaching can generate gains that cover its cost.

The tool produces up to 17 practical strategies that coaches can use with clients to identify opportunities for additional profit. These include making targeted adjustments to key figures, comparing performance with similar businesses, improving cash flow through better management of balance sheet items, and using existing resources more effectively. It also helps illustrate how discounting and weak sales processes can affect profitability. Find My Fee is aimed at business coaches who want to improve their confidence in discussing business numbers, demonstrate potential cash left unrealised, and help clients see the impact of coaching.
