## Description

Fine Art by Evanglyn showcases the work of Linda Evanglyn Wallace, an internationally known artist who has painted professionally for more than 30 years. Guided by a lasting interest in the Renaissance masters and portrait artists such as Rembrandt, Vermeer, and John Singer Sargent, Wallace brings a thoughtful, representational approach to a wide range of subjects. Her portfolio includes commissioned portraits, paintings of pets and wildlife, murals, and plein air landscapes inspired by favorite places, including Southern heritage scenes and locations around Hilton Head Island and Daufuskie.

The artist also creates fine art on tile using an overglaze process: pigments are painted onto an already glazed tile and fired into its surface. Her experience with porcelain includes a visit to a Delft factory, where she painted alongside its artists. In addition to her studio work, Wallace undertakes community-minded mural projects, including work benefiting the Sandy Springs Society. Fine Art by Evanglyn offers visitors a view of her portfolio, artistic influences, and services, as well as a way to inquire about commissioned work.
