The Finger Lakes Runners Club (FLRC) is an all-volunteer, nonprofit organization that aims to promote physical fitness and health through running. Based in Ithaca, New York, FLRC draws members from across the Finger Lakes region and is passionate about running as a sport and as a way of life. Whether you run for fun, fitness, camaraderie, or personal goals, FLRC welcomes every individual regardless of ability, age, ethnicity, gender, nationality, race, religion, or any other demographic. FLRC offers a wide range of products and services to support and encourage runners. Their website provides resources, including trail maps, a lending library, and a newcomer's guide to running in Ithaca. They also have a store where you can find custom shirts, caps, and other club merchandise to show your pride. If you're interested in getting involved, FLRC offers membership and volunteer opportunities. FLRC organizes various running events throughout the year, including trail races, road races, and track meets. They also have cross-country teams for those looking to recapture the magic of high school cross-country or experience team running for the first time.
