First Presbyterian Church is a vibrant PCUSA congregation in Hartsville, South Carolina. As a member church of the Presbytery of New Harmony, we are committed to strengthening God's community through worship, service, and living out our faith. With approximately 480 members, our church is experiencing growth in both membership and programming.

Our church is conveniently situated near the downtown area of Hartsville, providing easy access for our members and visitors. We take pride in our exceptional music program, offering choirs for all ages, including pre-school through adult, as well as handbell ensembles for youth and adults. Mission and service are integral to our church life, and we actively participate in various initiatives, such as rebuilding homes in New Orleans, rehabilitating homes with Christmas in April, and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity.

Additionally, we support missionaries and make a positive impact in our local community. We also prioritize the education and spiritual nurturing of our youth through our on-site preschool program, Church School, and Sunday evening activities. Led by dedicated elders, pastors, and a committed staff, First Presbyterian Church is a welcoming and inclusive community.
