## Description

The First Public Hydrogen Authority (FPH2) is a groundbreaking public utility in the United States, specifically designed to advance renewable hydrogen solutions. Established through a Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement between the City of Lancaster and the City of Industry, California, FPH2 is at the forefront of the green hydrogen movement, committed to 100% renewable projects that align with California’s ambitious climate objectives.

FPH2 is focused on transforming the hydrogen market by facilitating seamless transactions between large hydrogen buyers and producers. Recognizing the challenges faced by both parties, they aim to bridge the gap through a transparent and efficient purchasing process, empowering off-takers with control over their hydrogen supply.

By eliminating many regulatory obstacles, FPH2 is dedicated to enhancing air quality, creating high-paying jobs, and fostering economic growth through innovative technologies. Guided by a dedicated board, FPH2 strives to build a trusted wholesale market for renewable hydrogen, promoting a sustainable and cleaner future for local communities and beyond.
