## Description

First Rule MMA is an Ohio-based mixed martial arts promotion that grew from the organization formerly known as BFL. Its new name was selected through a fan-led voting process, reflecting the promotion’s roots and community-driven approach. First Rule MMA organizes sanctioned events and offers tickets to live shows, with its upcoming event, FR 001, scheduled for November 14, 2026, at Bridgewater Event Center in Columbus, Ohio. The promotion also provides information about upcoming and past events, fighter rankings, professional and amateur records, sponsors, and signup opportunities for prospective participants. Its brand includes official fight apparel, including the First Rule x SLVR fight kit, which was also voted on by fans. First Rule MMA emphasizes elite competition and a fighter-first mentality, highlighting its commitment to how athletes are treated. The organization describes its rebrand as a broader renewal, with new visuals and a new cage, and says its new season of sanctioned events is set to begin in the third quarter of 2026.
