First Steps Canada, based in Vancouver, BC, is a brand that has been dedicated to helping women and children who suffer from a lack of basic food and proper nutrients since its establishment in 2001. To combat malnutrition, First Steps initially sent Pablum, a Canadian processed cereal, and later shifted focus to providing VitaCow and VitaGoat machines that produce enough soymilk to meet the daily growth requirements of over 2,000 young children.
