## Description

Fitboxing World Games is the championship platform for Brooklyn Fitboxing, bringing together people who enjoy combining fitness, boxing-inspired training, and team competition. The website provides information about the event, including its competition rules, technical regulations, tournament participation, and frequently asked questions. Its tournaments are designed for teams of six, who take on rounds at the punching bag and complete challenges that test their skills.

Participants can use the Brooklyn Fitboxing app to find nearby training teams, create or join a team, and register for tournaments. Events take place across the Brooklyn Fitboxing network, and the app provides an updated calendar; any Brooklyn Fitboxing Club can organize a tournament. There is no stated limit on how many tournaments someone may enter, making it possible to compete at multiple events and meet fellow fitboxing enthusiasts. The experience is presented as a celebration of the sport as well as a competition, with participants encouraged to bring sportswear, gloves, wraps, water, and team spirit.
