## Description

Fitcademy is a sports and self-defence academy based in Oosterhout, the Netherlands, supporting members in building physical fitness, confidence and resilience. Since 2015, its experienced trainers have provided structured sessions in a welcoming environment where safety, respect, personal attention and shared progress are central. Training is designed for adults of different abilities, with participants encouraged to work at their own level.

The academy offers Krav Maga, a practical self-defence system focused on responding to everyday attacks, and Fitboxing, a high-intensity conditioning class that develops endurance, strength and fitness. Fitboxing is non-contact and does not include sparring. Fitcademy also offers personal training and group lessons, giving members options to pursue their individual goals with guidance.

Classes take place at the Fitcademy dojo on Korte Hoogstraat in Oosterhout. The weekly schedule includes Krav Maga sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, and Fitboxing on Tuesday. New members can try training free for two weeks, with registration available through the website or by contacting the academy.
