Fit Express is a fitness brand that has been bringing top-notch fitness centers to the small towns of Fillmore County, Minnesota since the early 2000s. Founded by Linda and Al Mathison in rural Preston, their dream was to provide convenient and accessible fitness facilities to the community. Starting with their first location in Spring Valley in 2002, Fit Express quickly expanded to Preston in 2003 and Harmony in 2015.
