## Description

FitKick is a family-friendly fitness studio in Stará Boleslav, offering conditioning kickboxing for individuals and families. Founded in 2018 by trainer Anna Hozmanová, the studio focuses on improving physical fitness while strengthening and stretching the whole body. Training sessions use boxing bags and pads, combining energetic exercise with practical kickboxing techniques. Beginner classes are non-contact, and partner drills are performed with punches and kicks directed at boxing gloves. The workouts are presented as suitable for women and men of different ages and fitness levels.

Anna brings more than ten years of coaching experience from Kosagym and holds a black belt in kickboxing, alongside formal coaching qualifications and studies at Charles University’s Faculty of Physical Education and Sport. As a light-contact competitor, she became Czech champion and won a WPKA world title in 2012. FitKick also provides information about its training sessions, timetable, prices, and contact details. In 2025, the town of Brandýs nad Labem–Stará Boleslav supported the studio’s purchase of sports equipment and efforts to make children’s sporting events more affordable.
