## Description

Fitnessbunker is a training gym in Konstanz on Lake Constance, combining functional fitness, HYROX preparation and martial arts in a community-focused setting. Its facilities include a Functional Area, a Combat Area, training equipment for strength and conditioning, and a mat space for combat sports. The gym offers HYROX Training Club sessions, Lakeside MMA, children’s training, Open Gym and personal training, alongside courses in disciplines such as MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling, boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai.

Training is designed for a range of experience and fitness levels, from beginners returning to exercise to advanced athletes and those preparing for competition. Qualified coaches provide structured sessions, professional guidance and support tailored to individual goals, whether improving endurance, building strength, developing martial arts skills or gaining confidence. Fitnessbunker also promotes flexible membership arrangements and transparent pricing. Prospective members can arrange a trial session; the Lakeside MMA trial is free, while the HYROX trial fee is credited toward the first month of membership if they sign up.
