## Description

FIT Wealth Group, also known as the Financial Independence Team, helps individuals and families plan for financial independence and retirement. The firm serves people who are saving for retirement, nearing it, or already retired, using a personalized, holistic approach built around each client’s goals and circumstances. Its Custom-FIT Retirement Plan may include a portfolio analysis and stress tests, Social Security optimization, an income plan, tax-minimization strategies, and a recommended action plan where appropriate.

FIT Wealth emphasizes proactive portfolio monitoring and adjustments rather than trying to predict every market movement. Its process begins with local or online educational events, followed by a one-on-one meeting to understand a client’s dreams, objectives, and outlook. The team then prepares an analysis and plan to help clients consider their next steps.

Co-founded by Krystle and Andrew Riis, the firm is based in Greenwood, Indiana, and works with pre-retirees and retirees. Investment advisory services are offered through Redhawk Wealth Advisors, Inc., an SEC-registered investment adviser. The firm also provides educational resources, including the FIT Retirement Podcast.
