The district's rich history began in 1893 when Fullerton Union, the first high school, opened its doors. Since then, several other schools have been built, including La Habra High School, Buena Park High School, Sunny Hills High School, Troy High School, Sonora High School, and La Vista High School. Each school offers a variety of academic programs, extracurricular activities, and advanced placement options to meet the diverse needs and interests of students. Fullerton Joint Union High School District takes pride in its California Distinguished Schools and National Blue Ribbon Schools, as well as its strong athletic and performing arts programs. With a focus on excellence and student success, the district continues to provide a supportive and enriching educational experience for all its students.
