## Description

Flam’s is a French restaurant brand dedicated to sharing Alsatian flammekueche, the traditional specialty at the heart of its menu. Founded in Strasbourg in 1990 by Franck Riehm and Éric Senet, the company set out to bring this regional dish to a wider audience. After expanding to Lille and other parts of France, Flam’s developed a convivial dining concept centered on generous servings and meals enjoyed together.

Its menu features classic flammekueches alongside creative variations, including goat cheese and vegetarian options, as well as seasonal suggestions. Guests can find a restaurant, reserve a table, or order online through the brand’s website. Flam’s welcomes couples, families, and groups, whether they are celebrating a special occasion or simply sharing a meal. The brand also offers group dining arrangements and a loyalty program. For those interested in working with the company, Flam’s provides information about franchising and partnerships, along with student jobs and recruitment opportunities.
