## Description

FlareCare is a gut-health tracking app for iPhone and Android, designed to help people with IBS, IBD, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, food sensitivities, ostomies, or sensitive digestion keep useful records between appointments. In one place, users can log bowel movements and Bristol Stool Scale types, meals, symptoms, hydration, medication, stress, flare notes, and lab results. The app offers quick bowel-movement logging, meal scanning with AI ingredient identification and FODMAP trigger-risk flags, and daily color-coded summaries. By comparing meals, symptoms, and bowel changes over time, users can more easily notice recurring patterns. FlareCare also creates a 30-day PDF report that users can bring to a GI appointment, helping replace uncertain recollections with organized information. The app includes a Gut Guide with educational articles and a buddy users can ask about their logs. FlareCare is a note-taking and tracking tool, not a medical device. Users can export or delete their data, and one account works across iPhone and Android.
