## Description

Flat Rock Global is an employee-owned, boutique alternative credit manager founded in 2016. With $1.6 billion in assets under management as of December 31, 2025, the firm develops credit strategies for registered investment advisers, family offices, and institutional investors. Its investment approach emphasizes the potential value of first-lien senior secured loans, selective investing, deliberate growth, and aligning investment vehicle structures with the liquidity of underlying assets.

Flat Rock Global offers exposure to collateralized loan obligation (CLO) equity and debt, as well as middle-market private credit. Its offerings include the Flat Rock Opportunity Fund, focused on CLO equity; the Flat Rock Core Income Fund, focused on diversified private credit; and the Flat Rock Enhanced Income Fund, which invests in middle-market CLO BB notes. The firm also provides private funds and separately managed accounts, including funds of one.

To help investors understand its strategies and markets, Flat Rock Global offers a resource center with CLO educational videos, podcasts, market insights, a CLO equity index, and a practitioner’s guide to CLO equity and BB notes. Its funds are distributed by Ultimus Fund Distributors, LLC, a FINRA/SIPC member.
