Welcome to the Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation (CCOC). We are a governmental organization created at the direction of the Florida Legislature to support the Clerks of Court in all 67 counties in the State of Florida with their court-related budget activities. Our mission is to evaluate the budgetary needs of the Clerks and recommend the fair and equitable allocation of resources required to sustain court operations. Florida’s Clerks of Court play a crucial role in our communities throughout the state. At CCOC, we provide professional budget support and workload performance standards to ensure the effective allocation of available resources. Our goal is to support and enhance the services provided by the clerks, ultimately ensuring the smooth functioning of the court system in Florida.
