The Florida Center for Nursing (FCN) is a state workforce center established under Florida law to research and address nursing workforce issues. Headquartered at the University of South Florida College of Nursing, FCN focuses on the supply and demand for nurses, including recruitment, retention, and effective use of workforce resources.
