## Description

Flens HC Flames is an ice hockey club based in Flen, Södermanland, Sweden. The club runs skating and hockey activities at Hammarvallen’s GB-hallen, welcoming both beginners and players across several age groups. Its program includes a skating school for children around five to ten years old, where participants can learn to skate and may also try hockey. Newcomers are invited to attend two trial sessions before deciding whether to join. Participants are asked to bring their own skates and helmet; some additional protective equipment may be available to borrow.

The club also offers activities for U8, U11 and U13 players, as well as senior and veteran hockey. Its website provides team calendars, news, photos, videos, information about membership and club fees, and details for referees. Flens HC Flames shares updates about training, matches and club events, including its annual meeting. Through its youth development and open skating activities, the club provides opportunities for local residents to take part in ice sports, whether they are starting out on skates or already playing hockey.
