## Description

Flex is a brand that is revolutionizing the period products industry. Our mission is to help people with periods thrive by offering sustainable and innovative menstrual products. But our vision goes beyond just products - we aim to create a world where discussing periods is normalized, where trans men and non-binary menstruators are included in the conversation, and where no one is denied essential period care due to financial constraints. At Flex, we choose love over fear. We believe that decisions driven by love, rather than fear, lead to a more purposeful and impactful company. We also prioritize growth mindset, recognizing that talent alone is not enough. We value learning, resilience, and hard work as essential components of success. Building trust is another key aspect of our brand. We strive to establish and maintain long-term relationships by fostering trust both within our company and with our customers. We also emphasize authenticity, encouraging employees to embrace their true selves at work. Join us in defying norms and reinventing menstruation for everyone. Check out our range of Flex discs and Flex Cups, and explore our website for informative content, FAQs, and the latest updates on our mission. Together, let's change the status quo and make periods a more comfortable and empowering experience for all.
