## Description

FlexAuto is an Ivory Coast car-sharing platform that connects vehicle owners with people looking to rent a car, starting in Abidjan and with plans to expand across the country. Its mobile app lets renters search and compare vehicles by budget, type, dates, and location, then reserve, pay, and communicate with the owner. Listings include options such as sedans and SUVs, with vehicle details and rental prices displayed.

Owners can add their car, upload photos and documents, set availability and pricing, and review booking requests. FlexAuto helps them earn income while making vehicles available to individuals, diaspora members, businesses, NGOs, and event organizers. Payments are handled in the app in CFA francs using Mobile Money services such as Wave, Orange Money, and MTN, or by bank card.

The platform supports trust and safety through identity checks, verified reviews, in-app messaging, and vehicle condition reports at pickup and return. An optional FlexAuto protection and insurance service is offered, alongside customer support to assist users and address disputes.
