## Description

Fliederlich e.V. is a vibrant queer center based in Nürnberg, dedicated to supporting and advocating for the LGBTQIA+ community. Established amidst historical struggles, Fliederlich provides a range of essential services including queer counseling, assistance for the homeless, and integration support for refugees. The organization also offers specialized services such as women’s counseling and parental advice for LGBTQIA+ families.

Engaging youth through initiatives like the Youth Initiative SMAG and providing safe spaces for various groups, Fliederlich promotes inclusivity with specialized programs for different demographics, including young trans* individuals and a support network for parents of queer kids. Their commitment to education is evident through various training programs and workshops that tackle queer politics and health care.

Fliederlich actively participates in community events, including the Pride celebrations, and maintains a resourceful library and archive for historical reference and current events. With its inclusive approach and extensive support network, Fliederlich e.V. remains a crucial pillar for the queer community in the region.
