## Description

Flight Club NC is a football skills and athletic development business based in Fayetteville, North Carolina, focused on wide receiver development and position-specific training. Its coaching philosophy emphasizes building strong fundamentals while teaching athletes the game, with the aim of developing them both physically and mentally. Programs are open to beginners and experienced players, and include in-person and group training, detailed skill instruction, and competitive drills.

Training addresses core athletic movements such as agility, speed, and strength, alongside mental toughness, focus, resilience, and confidence. Athletes can also improve their football intelligence through instruction in tactics, strategy, and decision-making. Flight Club offers single-session training and monthly memberships, with options for one or two sessions per week. New participants can schedule a complimentary introductory session before choosing a membership.

The founder and head trainer, Justin Grandenetti, brings 15 years of coaching experience at the high school and college levels. He has coached multiple offensive positions and currently works as a wide receivers coach, offensive coordinator, and recruiting coordinator at Jack Britt High School. He has also coached the US National 17U team.
