## Description

FLINGYM is a gym and wellness centre in Slušovice, Czech Republic, combining fitness training, massage and sauna facilities. Its programme includes kickboxing and Muay Thai sessions, which practise combat techniques while developing fitness, agility, stability, power and physical and mental resilience. The gym also offers circuit-based conditioning workouts, with multiple stations designed to build endurance, strength, coordination, focus and balance, as well as personal training.

For recovery and relaxation, clients can choose from a range of massages, including Swedish, emergency, regenerative, reflexology and aroma massage, alongside kinesiology taping. FLINGYM also provides a Finnish sauna made from red cedar, with space for up to four people and an adjoining relaxation room. The services can be combined into a routine that moves from training to sauna and massage.

The team includes Bc. David Finsterle, who leads training and sauna services and has a background in sports education and competitive kickboxing, and Lukáš Finsterle, who provides massage and sauna services and is an accredited sports masseur.
