## Description

Floow Academy is a tennis school based at LTC ’t Loo, a tennis club in De Lier, in the Westland region of the Netherlands. Led by trainers and owners Erwin Zeestraten and Jurren van Vondelen, the school provides tennis training for club members, including full members and day members. Its lessons welcome players of all ages and abilities, from beginners and young talents to experienced, older players, and cater to both recreational and competitive goals.

Training is offered individually or in groups, with personal guidance for every player. Sessions cover more than technique: trainers also work on tactics, mindset and healthy physical movement to support well-rounded development. The academy’s licensed trainers bring experience in top-level tennis and physical education. Floow Academy places enjoyment at the heart of its approach, combining enthusiastic coaching with opportunities for players to improve at their own pace. Rather than focusing solely on winning matches, the school aims to help each tennis player grow, build confidence and find a sense of flow on court.
